Ipsy Glam Bag January 2017 – Metropolis

After a few months off of tracking my bags (they were very lackluster), here’s the first bag for 2017.

Trust Fund Beauty Method to the Madness Lipgloss (ipsy Limited Edition Design) ($22)
I’ve never tried their lip products so I’m super happy to get this in my bag!

Pretty Woman Nail Polish in I Can’t Deal ($7.99)
I’m really disappointed with this because I was hoping to get the pink polish. I’ve gotten gray polish more than once before and I’ve always given them low ratings for the color.

SLmissglambeauty L34 Blend Beauty Brush (ipsy exclusive) (probably ~$13)
I’m so happy to get this brush! I’d seen reviews of this brand’s Unicorn brush sets and really wanted to try one. This particular brush does have ipsy printed on it, and I was unable to find the exact one on their website. There is a Lilac Glam Brush Book but it doesn’t have an L34. It looks very similar to the Unicorn Sparkle Glam Brush US03. My favorite thing about this brush (other than the pretty color) is the fact that there are two little gems as decor.

Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream in Light (full size $39, $9.75 value)
I’m a huge fan of Smashbox primer and hope this BB cream works for me. Some end up looking really yellow or gray on me, which is why I tend to stick to Korean brand BB creams.

Minus 417 Hand Moisturizer ($17 for 100mL, $5.10 value)
I always like hand creams in my glam bag because I can definitely use them.

The value of this bag is approximately $58. Honestly, this is the best bag I’ve had in months. I’m most pleased with the SLmissglam brush because it’s so cute. I think the only other items I would’ve like to get are the Clinique makeup remover, MintPear Collagen Serum, or theBalm sample because I have a little collection of them.
